Danny Passman, President & Founder - Danny has worked in content creation and programming at major TV and new media companies. In May 2010, he founded Crybaby Media.  As a development executive at VH1 and fuse, Danny was responsible for discovering fresh comedy talent for Best Week Ever and also developed several series such as Whitest Kids U' Know and Pants Off Dance Off.  In the digital media space, Danny was the Global Head of Programming & Content Acquisition at Joost after serving as Senior Creative Director at Dailymotion.  He is a (not so recent) graduate of Boston University. FUN FACT: Danny was the assistant to Fran Drescher on the last two seasons of The Nanny.


Bryan Severance, Vice President of Development - After graduating Georgetown University, Bryan joined the Today Show team as they covered the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Since then he has worked with the Discovery Channel, True Entertainment, NFL Films, Scott Rudin Productions and as an Associate Producer for Bravo's Chef Roble & Co. FUN FACT: Bryan is a distant relative of Benjamin Franklin.

 

 

  

Alyssa Lomuscio, Editor - As a recent grad of Temple University, Alyssa worked as a Production Assistant for HGTV's The High Low Project. Growing up with Final Cut, she spent the past 7 years editing any video she could get her hands on.  FUN FACT: Alyssa was an NCAA All-American fencer ranking 10th in the country at one time.

 

 

 

 

Brittany Martorella - Creative Coordinator - Brittany started as Crybaby intern last September and just joined the team full-time after graduating from NYU in May. She's ready to find the next big reality show!  FUN FACT: Brittany has a twin brother.

 

 

 

 

Salil Gandhi, Business & Legal - Salil has spent the better part of his career helping networks, brands and producers finance, produce and distribute content in all forms of media. Most recently, Salil was VP of Content & Business Development at Joost. Prior to that, Salil was with Frankfurt, Kurnit, Klein & Selz, PC, a leading entertainment law boutique, where he advised clients in all aspects of television and film production, including his work on tv shows Mad Men, The Chappelle Show and Iconoclasts.  FUN FACT: Salil was born in the coal mining countryside of West Virginia.
